As America’s largest municipal-owned recreation facility, RecPlex provides professional opportunities in Aquatics, Member Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Youth programs, and more.
Working at RecPlex offers more than access to a fitness center with ice rinks, pools, inside courts, outdoor playing fields, and various fitness programs. It also provides on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement. In addition, RecPlex has improved its pay structure by increasing wages for specific positions and developing new incentive programs.
