The Records Bureau processes and maintains all paperwork and official records for incidents handled by the Pleasant Prairie Police Department.

The Records Bureau has ten business days to respond to a request for records. If you have questions regarding the status of a request please contact the Records Bureau by phone, 262-948-8912 or via

We recommend contacting the Records Bureau prior to picking-up a report to ensure it is available.

Fingerprinting
The Pleasant Prairie Police Department only provides digital fingerprinting services.
The Pleasant Prairie Police Department offers digital fingerprinting services to the public on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Appointments are encouraged but not required. Contact

Valid photo I.D. card is required.
