The Village of Pleasant Prairie is pleased to announce that the Village Communications and System Admin, Ryan Marquart, has been certified as a Forensic Video Examiner by the International Association of Identification. The prestigious certification recognizes Marquart’s expertise in forensic video analysis and demonstrates his dedication to upholding the highest standards of professional excellence.
Marquart explained that the certification was a challenging year-long course, which followed a rigorous application and testing process that included a written and practical test covering video file analysis of metadata, image processing, clarification, enhancement, and image comparison analysis.
Marquart has been an integral member of the Village team since 2005 and consistently demonstrates his interest, skill, and expertise in video analysis. His hard work and dedication to his craft have earned him the respect of his colleagues. Pleasant Prairie Police Chief David Smetana stated, “Well done, Ryan, you are a true asset to the Village.”
