Cedar Ridge Subdivision Development Advances with Phase II Final Plat
On Monday, July 6th, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission confirmed the Final Plat (and related approvals) for Phase II of the Cedar Ridge Subdivision.
Located west of 47th Avenue at 110th Street, this second phase of the Cedar Ridge Subdivision includes the remaining 42 single family lots and an additional roadway connection. The Plan Commission previously approved Phase I on October 7th, 2024, which established 36 single family lots and a connection to 47th Avenue at 113th Street. Lot sizes in the subdivision range from 13,600 - 30,350 square feet.
The Cedar Ridge Subdivision Development is intended to provide Pleasant Prairie additional housing opportunities and residential expansion. The full development is to cover 40 acres, 78 total single-family lots, and two outlots reserved for stormwater management.
Final approvals related to the Final Plat for Phase II will be considered by the Village Board on Monday, July 27th, 2026.
