Olds Products Expansion Plans

Facility Expansion Plans for Olds Products
Posted on 02/02/2026
The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved Site and Operational Plans for Olds Products on February 2, 2026, allowing the company to move forward with the next phase of expansion at its facility located at 10700 88th Avenue in LakeView Corporate Park. The approval includes the construction of a building addition and related site improvements. Olds Products is a family-owned food processor specializing in wet and dry mustards and vinegars. The company relocated its manufacturing and administrative operations from Illinois to Pleasant Prairie in 1995.

The approval supports the continued growth outlined in a previously adopted Master Conceptual Plan that identified multiple development phases through 2030. Recent improvements at the site include the installation of additional silos, interior facility upgrades, and grading work to prepare for future additions. The approved Site and Operational Plan proposes constructing a 96,726-square-foot building addition on the south side of the existing facility to expand production and storage capacity. The project also includes removal of an existing fire lane and driveway, with construction of a new access road with a new driveway connection to 88th Avenue, installation of a new water main loop, and updates to on-site storm drainage systems.

“Pleasant Prairie’s corporate parks continue to attract and retain long-term business investment,” said Director of Community Development Robert Hanson. “Olds Products has been part of the Pleasant Prairie business community for many years, and this planned expansion allows the company to move forward with its master plan and expand its existing facility to meet customer demand.”

The addition will feature both low-bay and high-bay areas. Portions of the structure will reach up to 100 feet in height to accommodate specialized manufacturing equipment. The designs incorporate materials and colors consistent with the existing building, including stone and insulated metal panels in tan and green tones. Construction is anticipated to begin in March 2026, with completion expected in early spring 2027.

The Plan Commission also approved a Certified Survey Map to combine two vacant parcels south of the existing Olds Products facility, supporting future site planning and development. The newly combined property consists of approximately 28 acres of vacant land with more than 1,000 feet of frontage along 88th Avenue.
