Online Payments

Thank you for choosing to make your payment online. The links below will take you to a website for the payment services provider for each of the items listed. Making your payment online, is not only safe, easy and convenient, but it's also environmentally friendly. To begin, simply select the item you are interested in from the list below or at the left. Then, follow the simple instructions provided to you.

Utility Bills

NEW - We have upgraded our online software to a newer version. The fonts and buttons will look a little different but everything will function the same way.

Click "Utility Bills" above to pay your utility bills or create a new account online. If creating a new account, please have your utility bill ready, you will need your account and customer numbers from your utility bill. If you will be making a payment have a copy of your check ready. If you need more detailed instructions click here.

Once you create a login and link your utility account to your login you will be able to view your bill summary and detail, sign up for automatic payments on the 20th of each month (the bill's due date), and make one-time payments by e-check. When making one-time payments, you will be directed to our payment gateway vendor, "authorize.net", to complete your payment request. Credit card payments for utility bills are not presently accepted.

Parking Citations

Click above to pay a parking citation. Please have your citation number handy when paying online. This number is located in the upper RIGHT hand corner of the citation. Official Payments Corporation will charge a small convenience fee for using the online payment system. The following credit cards are accepted for payment of parking citations:



If paying a parking citation online, please save your online receipt as confirmation of payment, as no other receipts will be issued by the Pleasant Prairie Police Department.

Click above to pay a court forfeiture/fine (such as a speeding ticket, zoning violation, etc.) by credit card. A convenience fee is charged for this service. The following credit cards are accepted for payment of court forfeitures/fines:

Click above to pay your property taxes online by credit card. A convenience fee averaging 2.5% to 3% is charged for this service. Official Payments will disclose the fee prior to finalizing your payment. Use Jurisdiction Code 5862. The following credit cards are accepted for payment of parking citations:
