On April 15, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved the Preliminary Site and Operational Plans for the proposed Uline Corporate Headquarters Office Building (H4) project. The commission's decision paves the way for mass grading, underground utility installation, footing, and foundation permits at the designated site within the Prairie Highlands Corporate Park at 9900 128th Avenue.
This advancement follows the Village Board's approval of the Master Conceptual Plan on January 22. The plan calls for developing a 325,000-square-foot H4 office building on approximately 45 acres of vacant property north of 104th Street (CTH Q) on the east side of 128th Avenue. The company expansion highlights Uline's commitment to Pleasant Prairie and brings its fourth headquarters office building to the area.
The Master Conceptual Plan adheres to the uses specified within the M-5 zoning district. It outlines a three-story modern office space with a basement and essential amenities such as conference rooms, dining areas, and a fitness facility. A detached 4,000-square-foot utility building is proposed to complement the corporate office infrastructure.
The H4 facility designs intend to integrate with the existing Uline Headquarters buildings, featuring extensive landscaping, green spaces, and architectural elements consistent with the other building's aesthetics. The facility anticipates employing up to 1,300 employees. Groundwork for the development is expected to begin in spring 2024, with occupancy projected in spring 2026.
