On Sunday, August 14, the Wisconsin Women’s Triathlon (formally known as Iron Girl Triathlon) will take place inside and around Prairie Springs Park. The swim and run courses will be held entirely within the park; however, the bike course will take athletes out of the park and onto local roads.

The following roads will be closed to through traffic from approximately 6:00 a.m. until noon on August 14:
• Highway 165 between Corporate Drive and Highway 31.
• Highway 31 between Highway 165 and Springbrook Road.
• Springbrook Road between Green Bay Road and 116th Street.
• 116th Street between Springbrook Road and Old Green Bay Road.
• Old Green Bay Road between 116th Street and Springbrook Road.
Pleasant Prairie Police and volunteers will be staffing intersections along the route to protect athletes, spectators, and travelers. Guests are invited to line the racecourse to welcome, cheer on, and encourage all the athletes visiting Pleasant Prairie for the Wisconsin Women’s Triathlon.
