Donald H. Wruck (Beach) Pavilion

• Available by private rental only
• Comfortably seats up to 75 people
• In winter, a natural fireplace is available
• In summer, the kitchen facility is not included in rental (it is used as a concession area for the beach)
• Set-up of tables and chairs is available
• Tables available are 60 inches in diameter round and 7-½ feet long for buffet
• No outside area is included with this rental - picnic areas must be rented separately
• No admittance into beach with any rental - daily fees must be paid to enter beach

Ballfield Pavilion at Prairie Springs Park

• May be used if not previously reserved for a private rental
• Seats up to 150 people under the shelter area
• Ball diamonds are NOT included in this exclusive rental - they must be reserved and rented separately
• 10 - 12 tables at the Ball Field Pavilion for rental groups in the summer
• The indoor area of Ball field Pavilion is not available for rental
• Public bathrooms are available on the west side of building
• Large public playground to the west of the building is open for general public use only; no private rentals allowed

Picnic Areas

• The park has six picnic areas (please see map) (sites # 2, 3, 4 have electric for a fee, #1 limited electric access)
• May be used if not previously reserved for a private rental
• Each area comes with 4 picnic tables. Additional tables are $8 each.
• Tents available for rental from Village. If Village can not provide the size an outside company maybe used. There then is a tent permit fee and the tent must be set up and taken down during the rental time frame.
• Each area accommodates approximately 200 people
• Portable toilets and sinks are available for 50+ people:
  • 50 - 150 = 1 toilet, 1 sink
  • 150 - 300 = 2 toilets, 2 sinks
  • 300+ = 3 toilets, 3 sinks (*for every 100, add 1 additional unit)

Ball Diamonds at Prairie Springs Park

• Open for general public use on a first come, first serve basis
• Must be rented to be used exclusively
• Each field is rented in three hour increments only weekdays until 3pm unless no games

Sand Volleyball Courts at Prairie Springs Park

• Available with beach pass
• Availability guaranteed only with rental of the area

• Must be rented to be used exclusively (ball field and pavilion)
• Must order portable toilet/s when renting this area - there are no restroom facilities at this park

• Must be rented to be used exclusively - ball field only
• Must order portable toilet/s when renting this area - there are no restroom facilities at this park

Pleasant Prairie Park

• Open to the general public
• Restrooms at this area may be available

Ingram Park
