Beginning Monday, October 19th, 2026, 47th Avenue will be closed to all through traffic between 108th Street and 113th Street for utility crossings and road patching associated with the Cedar Ridge Subdivision development.

The closure is expected to remain in place through Friday, October 23, weather and construction conditions permitting. Local access will be maintained from either side of the work area.

A signed detour will be in place utilizing Springbrook Road and 116th Street. Motorists are encouraged to follow the posted detour and plan for additional travel time.

Please use caution when traveling near the work zone and obey all posted traffic control devices.
