Village Municipal Code 282, a Secondhand Article or Jewelry Dealer are required to obtain a license from the Village Clerk.  License is issued for a period of one year (January 1 – December 31).  Secondhand Article or Jewelry Dealer License is $75.00; temporary event Secondhand Article or Jewelry Dealer License fee is $35.00 each and are non-refundable and must be paid at time of application.  Prior to submitting a license application, contact the Community Development Department to inquire whether a zoning permit is required.
