The Village of Pleasant Prairie's Department of Public Works announced that there will be an additional, fifth round of leaf collection for Village residents this fall. This comes as a result of numerous requests to provide an extension of the service since the trees still have not dropped all of their leaves. Originally, leaf collection was scheduled to end on December 6, but the amended collection schedule will begin on Thursday, December 7 and run through Tuesday, December 19. A chart detailing the additional leaf collection round is listed below which shows the zone number that correlates with the collection date. The scheduled pick-ups are weather dependent and if it should snow, collection will be delayed. Click "View PDF" below for a copy of the zone map.
